How do I connect my X account?
Go to Accounts → click Connect on X, log in to your X account, and approve the requested permissions. Your account appears in your dashboard within seconds.
Why isn't my Instagram account showing up?
Instagram requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page you manage. Personal IG accounts can't use the publishing API.
Can I schedule a post to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. In the composer, select all the platforms you want to publish to. Each platform gets its own optimized version.
What happens if a scheduled post fails?
We auto-retry with exponential backoff. After 4 failed attempts, the post moves to a 'needs attention' state and you get an email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 30 days, no questions asked. Email hi@syntriq.app.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Daily backups with 30-day retention. We can restore individual workspaces on request.
Can I export my scheduled posts?
Yes — Settings → Data export. You'll get a JSON file of every post, draft, and schedule in your workspace.
