Common questions.
Which platforms work in the inbox today?
YouTube comments only as of launch. Instagram and Threads are dependent on Meta App Review (in progress). Once approved, they appear in the same inbox without extra setup.
Can I reply directly from Syntriq?
For YouTube, we link out to reply on the platform — YouTube's API has reply support but requires a heavier OAuth scope we'll add in a future release. For Instagram, in-Syntriq replies will be available at the same time as the inbox itself.
Will the inbox cost extra when more platforms are added?
No. Existing plans cover all current and future inbox platforms — adding Instagram and Threads is included free.
